Orca Financial Group believes solid financial planning is what gives our clients the best chance to reach their financial goals (even though luck doesn’t hurt). Whether it is long term multi generational strategies or tactical financial plans, every move must be thought out and all the risks must be weighed. Even after all the analysis is done, decisions must be made in a timely manner. This is how we believe we can help clients who need private wealth management meet their goals.

We dive into conversations that are uncomfortable, but necessary. Our intention is not to be advisors that are “ Yes Men” and support every idea that we talk about, but the critical friend that discusses what he/she thinks is best for you, which isn’t always what you want to hear. We want our clients to be serious about reaching their goals, and that oftentimes means making sacrifices. Other times, a financial plan may show a client that they can afford to spend more, and have a little more fun.

Having a safe place where you can openly speak with your private wealth manager is important. With us, there are no stupid ideas, and questions lead to education rather than rolled eyes or sarcastic looks. We are wealth advising professionals, and don’t expect that our clients know everything. Financial education is important because our clients and us form a team, and making sure that everyone understands the plan and is onboard with it is key.

When your dentist or neighbor gives you a high risk idea, we strive to be the people you call on to discuss it. It’s often said that every person makes one big financial mistake in their lives, and we do our best to make sure our clients never have that happen. Your goals turn into our goals, and we turn into a personal trainer for your finances.

When we sign on a client we intend to build the kind of relationship that will prosper even past you introducing us to your kids and us helping them with their goals. In our relationships we look for honesty, trust, and good communication. When these are in place, we believe we can do an outstanding job in providing all the financial planning support that our clients need to prosper.
